Bootcamp (45min)

A high intensity interval session, similar to HIIT class. That involves 8 bouts on a single exercise working at maximum effort for 20sec followed by 10sec rest. Circuit style class that will incorporate all parts of the body using a variety of exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels as you determine how hard you can push yourself.


Strength (45min)

Resistance based class that will look to incorporate all body parts. A workout that focuses on the use of weights. You’ll be burning fat, gaining strength & toning up all at the same time. Suitable for all fitness levels.


Zuu (45min)

Zuu is a high intensity low impact bodyweight workout. Solely focusing on the mobility & flexibility of our bodies. Great way to see where your limitations are and to improve those weaknesses.


Legs & Booty (45min)

A lower body workout focusing on building the strength of our legs & booty. Combining the elements of resistance, plyometrics and cardio, this workout will definitely leave your legs shaking.


Cardio & Core (45min)

This class will aim burning a high level of calories whilst developing a strong core area. Cardio


HIIT (45min)

High Intensity Interval Training focusses on getting your heartrate high through a combination of resistance and cardio work.


Stretch & Mobility (45min)

Focussing on stretching and range of motion this class aims improve quality of life.
