Lots of laughs and motivation

We love the team at Strive
We have just completed a challenging 100km kayak trip in Tasmania, followed by the cradle mountains overland 6-day hike in very challenging conditions. I highly encourage everyone to sign up
Last year I signed up for the 8 week Strive Transformation Challenge. Tom (my trainer) and I sat down to set some goals that I was able to achieve throughout the challenge, which made me more focussed and motivated towards my health. By the end of the 8 weeks I had smashed both my goals of running 5kms non-stop, dropped some weight and developed some life long healthy habits.
